Refund policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us, but given the custom nature of our prints, we cannot offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. We do offer replacements if their is damage to the product or frame. If you're not completely happy with your print or have any questions about your order, just reach out — we’re here to help and we’ll make it right. Every time. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your print or frame is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at layofthelinks@gmail.com right away so we can resolve the issue.
To process a damage claim, you must retain all original packaging (both internal materials and the external shipping box). We require clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Please note that we are unable to process replacements or refunds for shipping damages without these photos
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
