Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time them varies depending on time of year and external factors. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Keep in mind, each golf course map is made to order, hand-designed, inspected several times for detailed accuracy then assembled.
Canada & USA Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship to Canada and USA customers at specific rates displayed at checkout. Free Shipping is offered to Canadian customers who's orders are over $100 CAD and to USA customers who's order are over $100 USD
Shipping is DDP to the USA - You do not have to worry about customs, tariffs or import charges. Items will be delivered by USPS ground advanatage.
Shipping times will vary by distance, current shipping company capacity, and other factors. Estimated shipping and transit times are as follows:
Canada Standard : 3–8 business days.
Canada Express: 1-2 Business Days
United States Standard: 4–8 business days.
Standard International: 6–10 business days.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select countries in Europe and can ship to other countries worldwide. Please contact layofthelinks@gmail.com to get a shipping estimate.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lay of the Links not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to inspections, tariffs, holds, etc at multiple ports depending on the destination. Lay of the Links is not responsible for these. However, we do cover customs, processing and any tariff related charges to shipments we send to the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at layofthelinks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
